A programme and transformation leader who builds things rather than just reporting on them. Fifteen years across transactional finance, enterprise automation, AI adoption and systems integration - from the payment run to the platform.
A programme and project manager who came up through the work, from purchase ledgers and payment runs to enterprise automation, AI adoption and platform engineering.
I am a programme and project manager who came up through the work. My first fifteen years were in accounts payable - purchase ledgers, payment runs, multi-currency invoices and bank reconciliations - which is where I learned how money actually moves through a business, and how much of it gets lost in the gaps between processes.
From there I moved into the technology side of finance, sourcing and deploying the systems that the function ran on. I built and ran the finance operation at SuperAwesome Trading through its acquisition by Epic Games, and carried the whole function into Workday. That experience of living through an acquisition, with reporting that still has to close on time, shaped how I run programmes now: I plan for the migration, not just the launch.
At Epic I moved from business systems analysis into owning enterprise automation, and finally into technical production across three IT teams at once - IT Service Management, Hardware Asset Management and Platform Engineering. I built Epic's Efficiency Tools programme from the ground up, growing Workato adoption from around fifty builders to more than five hundred, and I took enterprise-wide Claude from approval to fully deployed across every company-owned device in five days.
What I enjoy most is the part people underestimate: the tooling around the work. I write the procedure manual, define the governance model and build the dashboard that shows whether any of it worked. I care about the boring middle - the approvals, the reporting, the definitions - because that is where programmes actually succeed or quietly fail.

Add a short recommendation here. Keep it to two or three sentences about what they did and what changed as a result.
Add a second recommendation. People tend to trust a recommendation that mentions a specific programme or outcome rather than a general skill.
Add a third recommendation, ideally from someone you led a project with or managed a team for.
A selection of the programmes I have led and the systems I have built. Each one is a real piece of work, with the context that made it necessary, what I actually did, and what changed because of it.
If you are hiring for programme or project management, or you have a transformation problem that needs someone who will build the tooling as well as run the project, I would like to hear from you.
